What is the advantage of hiring a professional cleaning service

including worker's compensation.  You are not held responsible if an

techniques and cleaning products.
How will you access my home or office?
U have it Maid has a secure key policy. You may meet your home
cleaning specialist as she arrives or we can make other arrangements
which ensure security -such as our lock box program.

How much does it cost to have my house cleaned U Have it Maid?

What hours are you available?
Normally U have it Maid provides maid service during the hours of 9am
to 9pm Monday  -  Friday.  In some areas we may offer Saturday and
Sunday cleanings.

Do you provide green home or office cleaning service in my area?
U Have it Maid offers green cleaning services to Monroe county as well
as surrounding counties.

Do I need to provide vacuums, brooms or other cleaning equipment and supplies?
We bring all the supplies and equipment needed to clean your home. All
of our household cleaning products are natural, biodegradable,
hypoallergenic and made with the least toxic ingredients available.
We buy only from companies who adhere to sound ecologically friendly
production facilities.  Our cleaning equipment is energy efficient and
occasionally we are able to use efficient no energy use products such
as steam mops which uses only hot water to disinfect and clean your
floors.

Do your products clean really clean as well as other cleaners?
Yes.  The days are long past when highly toxic petrochemical
ingredients were the only alternatives for effective cleaning. The
products we use are made of the least toxic ingredients available
including naturally occurring minerals and highly effective plant
based ingredients.  These cleaning agents are biodegradable in 3 to 5
days.  Occasionally we use steam cleaning tools to disinfect or remove

What if I want to cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
For the customer's in the Rochester area who purchase services directly from U Have it Maid you may manage your account online.  To cancel your cleaning and/or to request that your maid service be rescheduled you may use the form located in the Contact Us Page section. If you are requesting that your cleaning be rescheduled we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and needs
