This high-energy bootcamp style cardio class
is a workout that combines aerobics, boxing, martial arts, cardiovascular and body toning while learning self defense moves. It improves muscle tone, endurance, and strength, reducing body fat and stress levels. This intense, revolutionary training program is for both men and women. Kardio Kamp also includes intense abs, gluts & weight workout. You'll sweat and work like there's no tomorrow!
